Dr. Visalatchi Anjan Gurusamy completed B.N.Y.S (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science) degree in April 2011 from Shree Ramakrishna Medical College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences(under The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University), in India with specialization in Naturopathy, Yoga, Diet and alternative therapies like Hydrotherapy, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, Massage, Chromo therapy, Aromatherapy , Mud therapy, Nutrition and Herbology. She was a practitioner of Tamilnadu Board of Indian Medicine and Central Council of Research in Yoga and Naturopathy (CCRYN, India) and a holder of M.B.A. Hospital Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. She has over 8 years of experience in the Naturopathy and Yoga field. She has started her professional career under the Senior Naturopath and Yoga Guru Dr. Amarender Rao who has more than 45 years of professional experience. She is efficient in teaching different Yogic Techniques, Stress Management Programs, Personality Development Programs, Dietary Counseling, Therapeutic Massage, Health Care and Lifestyle Intervention Counseling. She has perfect knowledge of Yogic Techniques – Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Kriyas and Meditation. She has done yoga programs for all age groups under Tamilnadu Government. Her main notion is “Prevention is better than Cure“. She is working on this principle from the beginning of her health journey for the people.
Dr.Visalatchi is a passionate yoga teacher. She holds educational qualifications in Naturopathy, herbalism, and nutrition. She is efficient in teaching different yogic techniques, stress Management programs, corporate programs, Dietary counseling. She has perfect knowledge of Yogic Techniques-Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Kriyas and Meditation. Conducted yoga orientation program for Deaf, dumb and blind students in India. Her intuitive teaching style guides students on a journey of self-exploration as they discover the uniqueness of their physical and energetic bodies through anatomical acceptance, stillness and movement. She works with a wide range of health conditions, both acute and chronic with a focus to support the body’s natural ability to heal and to improve quality of life.
