Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a professional and warm Receptionist to join our team at House of Nature Medical Center. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming and organized atmosphere. This role plays a crucial part in managing patient flow, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about our services.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our booking system to optimize clinic flow.
  • Process patient registrations, handle billing, and collect payments.
  • Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of patient records at all times.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure treatment rooms are ready and schedules are maintained.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, stocked, and presentable.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a medical or wellness facility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with appointment booking software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, patient-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.

Work Conditions

  • Shift-based schedule, may include weekends or evenings.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Training on clinic software and patient management protocols will be provided.
